Scheduled pickups
A customer may edit item details or cancel an order while its status is still Scheduled and before the driver records the pickup. The app and website remove the cancellation option after collection.

Close to route time
If the driver may already be approaching, call Park Cleaners immediately. An online cancellation is not guaranteed to stop a visit that is already underway.

Recurring visits
Recurring customers can mark upcoming service dates as unavailable. A skipped date changes that visit only; it does not automatically cancel recurring service.

After collection
Once items are picked up, cleaning and handling may already have begun. Contact the main plant about available options and any charges that may apply.
