How automatic route visits are requested, approved, skipped, and stopped.

Request and approval
Turning on recurring service submits a request. Service does not become active until Park Cleaners approves the request and assigns the address to a route. Pending or declined requests are not added to a driver route.

Route days
Available days are based on the service address and may change as routes are adjusted. A route day does not guarantee an exact arrival time.

What happens on a visit
Recurring visits are treated like Quick Pickups. The driver may collect and deliver on the same visit, collect only, deliver only, or record that no items were available.

Skip or stop service
Customers can mark upcoming dates as unavailable or turn off recurring service in Account Information. Turning it off does not automatically cancel an already scheduled order; review Orders & Deliveries separately.
