Permission and delivery
Notifications require permission from the customer’s device or browser. Delivery timing is not guaranteed and may be affected by device settings, network conditions, or the notification provider.

Your controls
Customers can turn notification categories on or off in the account Notifications section and can also change notification permission in device or browser settings.

Email preferences
Contact Park Cleaners if you no longer want optional service announcements by email. Messages needed to answer a request, verify an account, or address an active order may still be sent when appropriate.
