A driver is asked to take a proof photo when bags are dropped off. No proof photo is required when no items are delivered. Photos should show the delivery location and bags—not people, identification, payment cards, or private documents.
Access is limited to authorized owners, the driver assigned to the route session, and the customer connected to that delivery. Proof photos are not used for advertising or facial recognition.
Routine proof photos are kept only as long as reasonably needed to verify delivery, answer customer questions, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet legal and business-record obligations. Park Cleaners does not currently promise an automatic deletion date.
A customer may ask Park Cleaners to review or delete a proof photo associated with their delivery. Park Cleaners may retain it when an unresolved claim, security issue, or legal obligation requires continued storage.
